Closeout is built for the first year in a new-construction home. Walk the house, capture defects with photos, pin them on a floor plan, and turn them into warranty claims the builder can actually act on.
A deadline engine tracks 1-2-10 (and similar) warranty windows, including the 11-month walkthrough, so items get reported while they're still covered. Share the punch list with a spouse or inspector over iCloud — the same household Apple accounts you already use.
