Upkept keeps your home running by reminding you of the maintenance that's easy to forget. Most reminder apps treat every task the same; Upkept's engine understands interval, seasonal, and one-time schedules — hemisphere-aware, so a Southern Hemisphere heating season lands in the right month.
Tell it your home type, climate, and features and it suggests only the tasks that actually apply — an apartment never sees 'clean the gutters.' Track appliances with purchase and install dates, model, and serial so warranty coverage can land in v1.1. Export a full maintenance record, all stored on your device.
