Voice Log: Talk & Track Privacy Policy

Voice Log: Talk & Track is developed by Northstave LLC (“Northstave,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes Voice Log: Talk & Track as it ships — what stays on your device, what (if anything) leaves it, and who can see it.

Data we collect

We do not collect personal information from Voice Log: Talk & Track. There is no Northstave account, no Northstave server, and no advertising or analytics SDK in the app. We do not sell your data.

• Content you create in the app is stored on your device. We cannot read it.
• iCloud. If you are signed into iCloud, Voice Log: Talk & Track may sync that content through your personal iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. That data is associated with your Apple ID. We do not have access to it.
• HealthKit. Voice Log: Talk & Track may write data you choose to Apple Health, with your permission. Health data stays under your Apple ID. It is never sent to Northstave. You can deny the permission and still use the rest of the app.
• Diagnostics. If you opt in, Apple may share aggregated, anonymized crash and performance reports with us through App Store Connect. These do not identify you. We do not ship a third-party crash or analytics SDK.

How we use data

Because your content stays on your device (or in your iCloud), it is used only to provide Voice Log: Talk & Track's features. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Third parties

Voice Log: Talk & Track relies on Apple platform services (iCloud, HealthKit, Siri). Your use of those services is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Voice Log: Talk & Track does not call third-party network services of its own.

Siri and Shortcuts

If you use Siri or Shortcuts with Voice Log: Talk & Track, those requests are handled by Apple on your device and through Apple's assistant infrastructure. We do not receive a transcript from Apple.

Purchases

Voice Log: Talk & Track offers an optional in-app purchase (Voice Log unlock, $14.99 one-time), processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment and billing are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your payment details.

Children

Voice Log: Talk & Track is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Because your data lives on your device, you remain in control of it. Deleting the app removes its on-device data. iCloud copies can be managed in your device's iCloud settings. Where Voice Log: Talk & Track stores user content, it offers a non-proprietary export so you can take your data with you.

Important notice

Voice Log captures and exports what you log. It does not diagnose, interpret, treat, or advise. It is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for care from a clinician.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
