Quietworth Privacy Policy

Quietworth is developed by Northstave LLC (“Northstave,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes Quietworth as it ships — what stays on your device, what (if anything) leaves it, and who can see it.

Data we collect

We do not collect personal information from Quietworth. There is no Northstave account, no Northstave server, and no advertising or analytics SDK in the app. We do not sell your data.

• Content you create in the app is stored on your device. We cannot read it.
• iCloud. If you are signed into iCloud, Quietworth may sync that content through your personal iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. That data is associated with your Apple ID. We do not have access to it.
• Diagnostics. If you opt in, Apple may share aggregated, anonymized crash and performance reports with us through App Store Connect. These do not identify you. We do not ship a third-party crash or analytics SDK.

How we use data

Because your content stays on your device (or in your iCloud), it is used only to provide Quietworth's features. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Third parties

Quietworth relies on Apple platform services (iCloud). Your use of those services is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Quietworth also fetches data directly from these third-party services, from your device, with no Northstave server in between:

• Yahoo Finance and Stooq — to look up live quotes for the symbols in your holdings, with automatic fallback between the two. These requests send only the ticker symbol being priced.
• frankfurter.app — to convert between currencies using current exchange rates. These requests send only the currency codes being converted.

Purchases

Quietworth offers an optional in-app purchase (Quietworth unlock, $49.99 one-time), processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment and billing are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your payment details.

Children

Quietworth is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Because your data lives on your device, you remain in control of it. Deleting the app removes its on-device data. iCloud copies can be managed in your device's iCloud settings. Where Quietworth stores user content, it offers a non-proprietary export so you can take your data with you.

Quietworth is a tracker, not an advisor. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
